Connecting IT trainees to in-demand jobs

Through the Rapid IT Training and Employment (RITEI) program, CCCS colleges will train up to 400 Coloradans via online platforms in a CompTIA A+ Certification or one of the five Google IT Professional Certificates for free. Individuals ages 17 and older who are currently under- or unemployed and live in the Denver metro area are eligible to apply regardless of previous education experience.

Career Opportunities

The program leads to several career opportunities, including computer user support specialists, computer network support specialists and others based on demand. Other positions may also be added based on employer input.

About the Program

CCCS is one of five recipients of the national Jobs for the Future RITEI grant, which runs from Spring 2022 through January 2025. The program works closely with industry partners and associations to connect IT trainees to in-demand jobs.

The Rapid IT Training and Employment program has been a huge help in starting my IT career. I like that we get personal support, and the online courses have been convenient to complete with my busy schedule.
