Each state system community college shall develop an academic master plan periodically as required by Colorado Commission on Higher Education policy. Plans will include minimum requirements specified by the Colorado Commission on Higher Education and the System president and will describe the goals and priorities for the college for the plan period. A Board approved academic master plan must be on file prior to Board consideration of a college’s facility master plan (See BP 16-10).
This policy applies to all state system community colleges.
All existing academic master plans remain in effect until changes are approved under this policy.
The System president shall promulgate such procedures as may be needed to implement this policy.
