The Board will permit the use of payroll deductions for faculty who are members of employee organizations consistent with this policy.
This policy applies to the state system community colleges.
Payroll deductions shall be permitted when an employee organization requests to have dues collected in this manner provided that at least thirty-three percent (33%) of the total full-time faculty are members of the requesting organization.
The System president shall promulgate such procedures as may be necessary to implement this policy.
