Policy Statement

The State Board prohibits and will not tolerate discrimination or harassment that violates federal, state law, or Board Policy 4-120.

The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) and the colleges within the System shall not unlawfully discriminate or harass on the basis of sex/gender, race, color, age, creed, national or ethnic origin, physical or mental disability, veteran status, pregnancy status, religion or sexual orientation.

Scope

This policy applies to all students who are enrolled at one of the colleges within the Board’s governing authority.

Procedures

The System President shall promulgate procedures necessary to implement this policy.
