Biography

Dr. Ross Dueber is the managing director of RED Management Consulting, LLC. He is recognized as a transformational leader with extensive expertise in operations of technology and manufacturing companies.

His career has spanned from start-ups and Fortune 500 companies to the U.S. Air Force and academia. He previously was President and CEO of ZPower, which was ranked 82nd on Inc Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Private U.S. Companies” list in 2018. He is a past chairman of the board for Clean Air Power and was a Vice President at Emerson Electric, where he worked in advanced technology, growth strategy, and venture capital.

In addition to these roles, Dr. Dueber is a co-author of the book Chemical Principles Applied to Spacecraft Operations and has authored and co-authored 17 technical papers in the fields of electrochemistry and batteries.

Dr. Dueber holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the Air Force Academy; a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University; a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Oxford University; and an MBA from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
