Our Priorities

The Foundation for Colorado Community Colleges seeks to advance the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of the Colorado Community College System. Specifically, the Foundation actively seeks contributions from public and private sources to make scholarships available statewide, advance key programmatic initiatives, provide training and support for CCCS college foundations, and develop partnerships with community stakeholders to implement state of the art programs that meet the workforce needs of the 21st century.

The Campaign For Colorado Community Colleges

In January 2013, the Foundation for Colorado Community Colleges launched the Campaign for Colorado Community Colleges. The campaign is a $10 million initiative that is dramatically increasing the number and size of student scholarship support available, enabling our students to enroll and continue their studies. The Campaign will conclude June 30, 2017.

Last Mile Scholarship

Last Mile Scholarships are intended for students who are close to completing an Associate Degree, but need financial assistance to overcome a financial obstacle or hardship to graduate. The scholarships are available to students at any of the Colorado Community College System’s (CCCS) 13 colleges. Full requirements are available at the Financial Aid Office of each institution.

Foundation Administered Scholarships

The Foundation for Colorado Community Colleges is also proud to offer a variety of scholarships each year to students at the 13 Colorado Community College System colleges. Learn more about scholarships.
