Opens "
New High School of Business"
Program is First of Its Kind in Colorado

The first High School of Business™ program in Colorado is up and running in Boulder Valley School District’s Monarch High School this fall. The school is delivering the High School of Business (HSB) curriculum to three “Business Foundations” classes, which include 26 ninth graders and 28 10th graders who have the potential of completing the HSB program by 2011. High school students from all over northeastern Colorado were in Sterling on October 29. They were there to attend the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Fall Leadership Conference, which took place at Northeastern Junior College. The conference was designed to: show new members the possibilities that come with being part of the organization; and, enhance returning members' skills.  Read more..
