The Mesa Air Group operating as Mesa Airlines, United Express, Delta Connection, US Airways Express, Air Midwest and Go Airlines signed a long term agreement with Colorado Northwestern Community College in recognition for its training excellence in preparing students for careers in aviation through its Aviation-Flight Technology Program. 

CNCC was selected as one of only six FAA approved flight schools nationwide, in which flight officer candidates will be hired.  Top graduates will have the opportunity to be hired as flight officers for the airlines of the Mesa Air Group.

Currently, four of the seven graduates of the flight program of CNCC will start airline training in June and three others will follow after flight instructing in the program for a year.

CNCC is currently in discussion with Trans States Airlines and American Eagle Airlines for similar agreements.
