Copyright Infringement Statement
Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA") creates a new Section 512 of the Copyright Act of 1976 that allows colleges to limit their liability for the copyright infringing activities of their subscribers and for certain routine activities.
Nancy Wahl, Colorado Community College System Vice President and Legal Counsel, has been designated as the agent to receive notification of any claimed copyright infringement by the Colorado Community College System or any of its member institutions.
