Q:How do I access my remote Web email account?
A: You can access your Email account on the Web at the following address -
https://owa.cccs.edu/exchweb/bin/auth/owalogon.asp?reason=1
A:You will need to include the domain/login name and password you use to access your PC at the office. If you are not sure what your domain name is please contact the SupportDesk for assistance.

Q:How do all these passwords and logons work together? Who can do what to help you out fast and effectively with each type?
A:Your Network Password - This is the logon you use when you first start up your computer in the morning, before doing anything else. It logs you in to the beautiful full color Windows world. It has a space for a logon name, a domain name, and a password. Network passwords are controlled by your school or agency. CCCS folks can call the CCCS - IT Help Desk to have theirs reset. People at each school or agency other than CCCS should call their own IT groups to have theirs reset, as only these IT teams have authority or means to reset their own systems.
A:Online email via an Exchange browser - This is directly linked to your Network password, so the same holds true as with your Network logon. CCCS users can call the Help Desk for the URL and logon help in this area. Users at each school or agency should call their own school IT people for assistance. Exchange or Outlook programs within Windows work the same way - CCCS users can call the Help Desk, users at each school will have the best assistance from their school IT people.

Q:How do I get a Procurement Card? Who do I call when I have problems with my procurement card?
A:If you're having a logon failure at the front side of Procurement card, the Help Desk can help, since this password is tied directly to your VMS account. If you're having a logon problem at the second level sign-in, contact the card administrator at your school or agency (for example, Tom Spiker is the Procurement card Administrator for the users who are part of CCCS at Lowry). Normally, if you have a Procurement card you should already be in touch with the Procurement card Administrator at the school since they'll set your access levels to start with.

Q:GGCC logins are controlled by GGCC?
A:Their help desk can be reached at 303-239-4357 if your logon is failing. They would assist you with COFRS and CICS logons.

Q:What about hardware?
A:Most hardware, such as your monitor, speakers, or keyboard, is cared for and maintained by the IT group for your agency. Only CCCS users should call the Help Desk for hardware issues with this sort of equipment. The only exception in hardware control is in the printers, which are used for the VMS system (ones which everyone in your area can use to print from SIS, FRS, etc.). We have these printers on maintenance contract, and if you call us with the printer queue name (i.e. ADMIN_FRCC, N40_MCC, STUSRV_CCD) we can look them up and help you with calling in for service if they are jamming and so forth. If you are unable to print to them from VMS we can also check the electronic queues to make sure that data is going through as it should.
