The hotline is monitored daily by the Internal Audit Department. The hotline number connects callers to a voice mail box where messages may be left regarding operations, fraud, fiscal mismanagement or other illegal or unethical activities.

Calls will be reviewed by the Director of Internal Audit as well as the
Audit Committee. If you would like to receive a return phone call, you
are welcome to leave a name and phone number with your message.
In all cases, callers will remain anonymous to those external to the
audit department.

When calling the hotline, please provide as much information as possible
in your message, including a description of the activity of concern, dates and times of occurrence, names of individuals involved, and location.
This will help us to investigate and follow up on the information you
have provided.
